This was the last thing I ever expected to deal with in my lifetime and this place was the last place I ever wanted to go to was Cyberknife. I absolutely dreaded even thinking about going and then on top of it have to go 20 times. But everything changed my first trip out there for the better. Their ENTIRE crew is absolutely AMAZING!!! I apologize up front for not remembering everyone's names. Courtney the nurse was the first person I seen and she could not have been any sweeter or more comforting. The doc was great and explained everything to me. Then I talked to Heather the insurance lady and again she couldn't have been any sweeter. The receptionist Laureen greeted me with a smile every single day and checked me in. Kenya the office manager made sure and said hi everyday I came in, amazing lady. Then there's the team that takes care of you for your treatment, they are unbelievable, all of them. I apologize for not remembering or knowing the names of the 2 guys but I need to thank them as much as anyone they were great!!! Then there is the 2 people I dealt with almost everyday, Amber and Leona. From them ALWAYS asking me how I was doing, how I felt, how my day was going to taking care of me on the treatment table. Just the sweetest 2 lady's EVER!!! How comfortable you have to feel having a conversation (that I was drug into, I'm kidding) about what hot chocolate really was and coffee while standing there discussing it with them with your pants at your knees is pretty crazy. I didn't think about all that until I laid down on the table and had to keep from laughing so I could stay still. That's how comfortable they all make me. So from a horrible thing in my mind to actually not minding being there because of ALL of them. I can't thank them all enough. If you're unfortunate enough to have to have treatment Cyberknife will make it seem nowhere near as bad. I can't recommend them enough, AMAZING PLACE!!! Thanks again everyone there

I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer just a few days before Christmas 2025. My Urologist from Coeur d' Alene wanted me to get a second opinion on treatment from Dr. Kelly at CyberKnife. I am so glad I did. From my very first consultation, Dr. Kelly made me and my wife very comfortable. Based on my visit there, we decided that I would go with Radiation instead of a Radical Prostectomy. We chose High Dose Radiation which took only 5 days of treatment vs. the Low Dose version which took an entire month to complete. When treatment started, the CyberKnife staff consisting of Lorine, Shawn, Leanah, Amber and Corbin were oustanding....They were professional but very personable. Each of them made my wife and I feel very comfortable. My experience during the Radiation treatment was very comfortable and pleasant.... I actually fell asleep listening to music during the 45 minute process each day. No pain, just comfortable relaxation.
On the forth day of the treatment, we had a meeting with Miss Kari Wallace. She explained in detail what we were more than likely going to experience with the side effects of the treatment. She was very thorough in or meeting and left us with answers to all of our questions.... Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our choice of treatment. We are extremely happy with CyberKife and the entire staff.

My prostate cancer Journey began in 2017 and I received excellent treatment from Dr. Ray Lance at Spokane Urology who introduced me to Dr. Kelly at CyberKnife in 2025. She was thorough, data driven and an excellent communicator. I had my CyberKnife treatment in October. 6 months later my PSA is at 1.0 and I've had no adverse side effects! I could not be more pleased with Dr.Kelly as well as with Kari Wallace for my follow-up visits!

During the 28 days of my husband Bill’s radiation he had nothing but the best experience, from the ladies at the front desk area (they loved hearing about his driving there experience), to the two girls who set him up for the radiation, always so nice and funny, made him feel comfortable. Plus the ladies in the middle area who were always so helpful and understanding of what was happening during his radiation. The doctors were very attentive during his time there. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely no problems with this office or the staff ,I was treated very well and with respect,Dr. Kelly and her PA. Kari Wallace along with the radiology team, Pretty hard to beat. After care follow up is heart felt and appreciated.

Having colon cancer ain’t the funnest experience but having my radiation treatments at cyber knife was definitely a positive one. Absolutely everyone working there was great! I’m in remission now, praise the Lord! But if it comes back, you know I will be knocking on cyber knifes door. 😊

Dr Kelly and the entire team are without a doubt are the most professional, knowledgeable, humble, caring and have a great sense of humor. Both my wife and myself are being treated with great success. My wife has myelofibrosis a bone marrow disease which was causing excruciating pain in her right lower leg and with the precise application of radiation therapy has eliminated the pain! And now I’m going to receive radiation treatment for prostate cancer and I’m confident that with Dr Kelly and team I’ll beat this battle!!Again cyberknife team THANK YOU

My experience at Cyberknife of Spokane was fantastic from meeting the team to getting through all my treatments without an issue. Maureen, Heather, Kenya, Tina, Amanda, Erin, and Shawn were all amazing!! As was Dr Kelly and I look forward to my follow up appointments with Kari Wallace to make sure that the treatment was successful and what is suggested to do next

The staff is great. As for getting med prescriptions filled that’s a whole different story.I was angry at AON for not having a backup plan as their computers were down for over 10day

Dr. Kari-Lynn Kelly and her team Cybeknife of Spokane, WA were absolutely wonderful. They provided very caring and supportive treatment of my lung cancer every day I was there. If medical services could all be as compassionate and caring as these folks we would all be a lot better off. I felt a lot of love and concern for my well being and my treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking treatment. God bless Dr Kelly and her team.

Everyone here is so kind and upbeat! I always feel like I'm in good hands. And let's face it, it's hard to feel safe when you've got a cancer working is way thru you! But these folks help you make the best of a tough situation and feel empowered for the fight. Kudos to the whole staff!

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer several months ago. Spokane CyberKnife & Radiation Oncology Center was my "second opinion" over a radical prostectomy. Dr. Kelly explained my options for treatment and I chose 28 days of low radiation.
